1. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure that every product we resell remains in pristine condition, all returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Unused Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and free from any stains, damage, or odors. We cannot accept items that show signs of use for hygiene and quality reasons.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, boxes, or protective wrappings. Please ensure that the packaging is intact and in good condition to protect the product during return shipping.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges after this period has passed.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation email, or purchase invoice is required to complete the return process. This helps us verify your order quickly and accurately.
2. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your item for another color, size, or product, you may do so under the same conditions as above: the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the exchange and send out your replacement product as soon as possible.
If the new item costs more than the original, you will be asked to pay the difference. If the price is less, the balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Receive Return Authorization & Instructions
- Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and guidance on how to package and ship your product back to us.
- Please do not send back any items without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted or refunded.
Pack and Ship Your Item
- Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documents.
- Ship the product to the return address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Inspection & Refund
- Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, our team will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.
Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a wrong or defective item).
4. Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, such as:
- Pillows, duvets, and bedding sets that have been unsealed or used
- Bath towels or robes that have been washed
- Custom-made or personalized items
